Ken Wood is President/CEO of M+W and has been real estate appraising since 1988.  Ken is a former real estate instructor, guest speaker for numerous organizations, and frequently testifies in various courts as a valuation expert and technical witness.

He is General Certified Appraiser in Ohio and Michigan; approved for appraisals by FHA, VA, and is ODOT and ODNR prequalified; and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Toledo.
