Charles Gress is the Sr. Vice President & Chief Residential Appraiser and has been appraising since 1995. Charles primary function at M+W is to assist and mentor the residential appraisal team and he acts as the liaison and point of contact between the residential staff and lending clients.

He served as the Pres. of Ohio Coalition of Appraisal Professionals (OCAP) in 2014, has authored articles for national publications, and is an active member of the Nat. Assoc. of State Appraisal Organization’s (NASAO).
