Customer Service
Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and
accuracy. Our employees are committed to fast, professional, and
solution-oriented service. Appraisal orders may be placed with one
of our six professionally trained customer service representatives
over the telephone, online, or fax. Our residential department
offers 24 hour delivery of appraisals. We emphasize communication
and cooperation throughout the entire appraisal process.
Quality Real Estate Appraisals
Our commitment to quality is a constant and integral part of
our ongoing effort to offer the best appraisal services in the
industry. We commit our full corporate resources to achieving and
maintaining this goal through education, training, and technology.
All appraisal reports are reviewed internally for quality and are
completed in accordance to Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
